Lisa Andrews is a registered dietitian and owner of Sound Bites Nutrition in Cincinnati. She started her career as a clinical dietitian but has also served as a university instructor, community dietitian, culinary educator, and consultant.

Lisa shares her nutrition knowledge through cooking demos, teaching, and freelance writing. She is a regular contributor to Food and Health Communications, and is the author of the Healing Gout Cookbook, Complete Thyroid Cookbook, and Heart Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook. She has been quoted in US News and World Reports, Eat This, Not That, Every Day Health, Real Simple, and other outlets and has provided interviews for multiple news stations in the Cincinnati region.
